Perfect extra help
I am not the best sleeper, but I also dont like to take pills. When I first tried these, I was very surprised and pleased with the results. Not only did I kill 2 birds with 1 stone I was able to fall asleep quickly and woke up feeling rested! Tastes great, texture is great and the value is absolutely there. Will continue to buy these to have on hand for when I needed that little extra help.

Great for both heartburn and sleep aid
They work better than expected. Great for heartburn and seem to work well as sleep aid. Iโve tried melatonin by itself and never thought it worked but these do. Gave them to someone who had trouble sleeping and they confirmed they work for that too.

This works great for acid reflux and sleep. I would just caution to be careful to keep it separate from other Timโs. My husband accidentally took this during the day on vacation and slept the entire day away! Proof of effectiveness, but bummer for our trip.

Puts the fire out
Works, especially before bed. Slept through the night without spewing fire. Tastes like candy. I try not to rely on them so they work when I really need them. Good price.

I dont go a single night without these. They help with my acid reflux and falling asleep. Taste like a candy and I actually look forward to my nightly treat.

Little to no heartburn and sleep like a baby. Just brush your teeth after use.
Start this new medication that gives me heartburn like crazy especially when I first started. Used to put a bottle of Tums beside my bed until I realized my teeth were hurting after a couple months. Come to find out all that sugar jeopardizes your teeth, for some reason I didn't even consider that I mean it's not rocket science, Tums has a ton of sugar and it just sits on your teeth all night. Now when I feel heartburn coming on before bed a pop a couple of these, then brush my teeth. Melatonin has never worked for me before but they sure do in this product. Sleep like a baby and don't get the heartburn or when I do not nearly as bad.
