Currently using product during summer weather my skin is only doing this summer and the eyeliner smudges

This is one of the deepest blackest color that I have come across in an eye liner. I love the way it feels while applying it. It glides across the eye so easy and smooth without tugging. I highly recommend it. I'm just trying to figure out how to sharpen it.

This smudges in the worst way

Came early a plus but it was broken/not placed in the container. Tried it on but haven’t put it to the test as far how well it stays put.
