I ordered these for my breakfast meal prepping shenanigans. They work great for meal prepping breakfast sandwiches. Spray it or butter then up. Throw an egg into each one, a little salt, a little pepper. Maybe some crushed red peppers. Cook for 15 minutes in the air fryer and you have a perfect egg for breakfast sandwich.
