Super Clamp with ARRI Dual Ballhead Magic Arm for Camera Phone

I have used a lot of different action camera clamps over the years, but this really is the best one I have ever used. This really is an excellent accessory for action camera filming! I've been taking this clamp and magic arm kit with me on my mountain biking adventures, using it alongside my DJI Osmo Action camera, and it's been absolutely brilliant. The versatile super clamp grips securely to tree branches, fence posts, gates and all sorts of other objects, allowing me to capture some fantastic shots from angles that simply wouldn't be possible otherwise. The magic arm is solid, easy to adjust and holds the camera firmly in place, even on uneven terrain. I also like that the clamp and arm can be used separately or together, making it incredibly versatile. It's well made, lightweight enough to carry on every ride, and has quickly become an essential part of my filming kit. Highly recommended for anyone creating outdoor adventure or action camera content.

This is a very well made, sturdy camera/phone clamp. It is highly adjustable allowing you to get a perfect shot and has two separate attachments for Gopro or phones of all sizes. I am really pleased with it - it's very easy to position exactly where you need it and once those clamps are tightened, it doesn't budge. To be honest, I wasn't expecting such a quality bit of kit for the price and was half expecting to have to send it back. It turns out that couldn't have been further from the truth. It's small enough to carry around easily too. My daughter keeps borrowing it use with her Gopro, so it looks like I'll be buying another one.

I bought this as a way to attach my camera to the pole on an older enlarger so that I could make copy stand for 'scanning' 35mm and 120 negative film. Due to the size and surface of the enlarger stand, I found that the clamp's grip wasn't quite as solid as I'd have liked, but after a couple of months trial I have found that the camera is stable for my purposes. For transparency, I'm holding a Fuji XT2 camera with 7Artisans 60/2.8 macro lens with the clamp, set so that the clamp is holding the camera and lens at right angles to the baseboard. This is probably the most demanding angle that you could use the clamp for, and whilst there is a little play, it doesn't slip and since I'm using a remote release cable there is no danger of accidentally moving it out of alignment. I'm not sure about the 5Kg maximum loading claim under these particular circumstances, but for most purposes I think it would be fine. I like the concept and it appears to be quite well executed but is not quite the 'super clamp' system I'd hoped for, but in practice is doing the job. My original review was a little more critical but in hindsight since I got it to work for me I'm satisfied and an update was appropriate.

I bought the K&F Concept Super Clamp with Dual Ballhead Magic Arm to help with my camera and lighting setups and it has turned out to be a very handy tool. The clamp is strong and grips firmly onto desks, poles or stands without slipping. It feels solid and secure once tightened. The dual ballhead magic arm gives great flexibility for positioning. I can angle my light or camera exactly where I need it and it stays in place. The joints move smoothly but hold stiff once locked. I have used it to mount a small LED light, a microphone and even a compact camera and it handled them all well. It is easy to adjust and does not feel flimsy. The metal build gives it a professional feel and I think it will last a long time. It has made my desk setup and filming area much more organised. Overall this clamp and arm combo is reliable, strong and very practical for content creation, photography or video work. I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a flexible mounting solution.

almost everything seems to be well made apart from the Orange grips that you use to tighten the clamp. I tried to put it on a desk just to see would it grip and before I got it anywhere even near tight enough to grip it the Orange twisty grip thing was broken from the "force" of tightening it. Its seriously feeble, I put the orange thing back on and now it wont even tighten on my finger without the twisty thing coming off. This is the first time I've bought anything from amazon that was not fit for purpose. Im really disappointed because every other part of the clamp seems to be very well made so why they cheaped out on the tightening thingI dont understand.

4.5 stars, feel like 5 is unfair, but product is almost there! Arrived in nice packaging with foam inserts, well presented and appears well made, judging by weight, I suspect it’s aluminum and potentially machined and then painted. Comes with extra attachments included, for phone and action camera, there’s a small allen key and spare o-rings for ball joints. It’s small, making it good for travel, versatile - given the jaw/clamp can go over it, it will hold, plenty of flexibility and movement. Attached couple of photos of it in action with my travel camera on it. Now on to one slight letdown and one thing I am unaware if it is what it is. The clamp/jaw - could possibly do with redesigning or finding way to Stacy spring, to load it up and have better grip, therefore preventing movement side to side similar to how it is on jointed screw. The unknown bit, but assume, the two spring loaded pins either side of the screw, to mount on to camera, they are meant to lock it in place so that camera doesn’t accidentally gets wound off the mount?

As soon as you open the box you know this is a quality product. It feels substantial without being heavy. It clamps perfectly and holds the camera at any angle to suit the application. It comes with spare O rings & very small allen key. The 6 holes in the main clamp are each threaded allowing additional equipment such as mics & mini lights to be attached at the same time as a camera. The two primary locating holes on the main clamp each have a little grub screw. Make sure the grub screw is tightened using the supplied allen key, to prevent the ball which the camera arm clamps to, from twisting when in use. I clamped my Insta 360 camera to the sun visor for a run up Brooklands Museum Test Hill & although the visor shook around the clamp & the camera were rock solid. (you don't see the whole of the clamp because the Insta 360 software hides it) A great product from K&F Concept

Worked well for a couple of years but the orange part you use to tighten the clamp came away. While I can put it back on, before it gets tight enough to grip the Orange twisty grip comes off. It’s a very bad design - the other orange tightening part has a screw keeping it on the spindle. I’m disappointed because every other part of the clamp seems to be very well made.

No se siente como un accesorio barato. - Para mi uso (cámara mirrorless pequeña y también el móvil con un foco LED), aguanta perfectamente sin moverse. ⚠️ Cosas a tener en cuenta: - La capacidad de carga es de 1,5 kg, así que si piensas usarla con cámaras grandes o lentes pesadas, puede quedarse un poco justa. - Cuando el brazo está muy extendido, es importante apretar bien las rótulas para evitar que se deslice con el peso. - Los tornillos necesitan un poco de fuerza para bloquearse completamente, especialmente si ajustas la posición a menudo. 🎬 Conclusión: Una opción muy práctica, estable y versátil para montar cámaras, luces o teléfonos en casi cualquier sitio. Ich nutze den K&F Concept MS13 Magic Arm mit Super Clamp für mein Foto- und Video-Setup und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig, das Material ist stabil und die Klemme greift sicher an Tischkanten, Stativen oder Rohren – dank der Gummierung ohne zu verrutschen oder Oberflächen zu beschädigen. Der Magic Arm bietet durch die zwei Kugelköpfe eine sehr hohe Flexibilität. Kameras, LED-Lichter oder Monitore lassen sich schnell und präzise ausrichten und bleiben nach dem Festziehen zuverlässig in Position. Für leichte bis mittlere Setups ist die Stabilität absolut ausreichend. Besonders positiv finde ich das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für diesen Preis bekommt man eine flexible, kompakte und zuverlässige Lösung, die in keinem Zubehör-Koffer fehlen sollte. Fazit: Ideal für Content Creator, Fotografen und Videografen, die eine flexible Befestigungslösung suchen. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Compré 3 y los tres me salieron perfectos, su construcción, acabados y fuerza fueron más de lo que me imaginaba. Compraría más pero me los acabé.

Quando ho ricevuto il prodotto e ho visto la scatola così piccola, ho pensato di aver letto male la descrizione e che mancassero alcuni accessori. In realtà questa Super Clamp è estremamente compatta ed include tutto quanto indicato. Nella foto con la bilancia si vede un peso di soli 230 grammi e il cartoncino ha le dimensioni di una carta di credito. L'ho acquistata con l'idea di portarla sempre nello zaino insieme alla macchina fotografica, come alternativa al cavalletto nelle situazioni in cui non è pratico trasportarlo. Per questo l'ho testata subito con la mia configurazione più pesante, 1,2 kg, fissandola a un supporto di fortuna. Il risultato è stato sorprendente: ha retto il carico senza alcun problema e in modo molto stabile. Anche il supporto per smartphone mi ha fatto un'ottima impressione: è robusto, ben costruito e dotato di una molla molto potente che rende il fissaggio rapido e sicuro. Se proprio dovessi suggerire un miglioramento, aggiungerei un rivestimento in gomma anche sull'altra faccia interna della pinza, dato che attualmente è presente solo alle estremità. Detto questo, la presa è comunque eccellente anche su superfici lisce e piane: l'ho provata su un davanzale e il fissaggio è risultato stabile e affidabile. Nel complesso è un accessorio compatto, versatile e ben realizzato, che consiglio a chi cerca una soluzione pratica per supportare fotocamere o smartphone senza dover portare sempre con sé un treppiede.

This little unit is the perfect travel companion to have. Its compact size means you can keep it in your camera bag, glove box of your car etc. the clamp opens pretty wide so you have a a range of items to clamp to when requiring a still camera. Perfect for that long exposure shot. It’s also great for holding your phone on day a bedside cabinet or similar if you want to watch videos on your phone. It also comes with a bracket for holding action cameras so you have the capability of clamping to your bike handlebar etc. Great value.
