Does a great Job!
I recently got my hands on this 6+R H-pattern shifter, and overall, I'm impressed with what it offers for the price. It’s a fantastic deal considering the features packed into it. The desk clamp is sturdy and makes mounting super simple—no wobbling even during intense simracing. I also love the extra two buttons. They’re handy for assigning additional controls, especially in beamng or fh5. One standout feature is the extra sequential knob. It’s a game-changer if you like switching between H-pattern and sequential. Plus, the sequential mode feels smooth and precise—it’s a joy to use. The hall sensors are another big win. That said, it’s not perfect. The shifter can get a bit clunky and loud, which might be distracting or annoying, especially if you play late at night. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s worth noting if noise levels are a concern. All in all, this shifter is a solid addition to any sim racing setup. For the price, the features and performance are hard to beat!

Worth every penny.
Was instantly recognized by my PC, no additional drivers needed. Works with fanatec wheel. Very simple but very solid construction. Really compact but gives the feeling of a regular size shifter. Shifting into gear has a satisfying feeling. There's not really anything on here that can break, shifter never makes contact with the circuitboard. It uses magnets to sense so anything magnetic close by will interfere with the shifting. It even has this 'adapter' that lets you shift it like a sequential but it's not a very quick changeover. I have to remap the bindings to get it to work on my game but I didn't get it for that. So if you're looking for a sequential/manual you will most likely have to look elsewhere. Compared to the other shifters out there for $100+ this one does everything I want it to. Worth every penny. ( get the 7 speed version, it's only like $2 more )

Great H-pattern Shifter, Sequental mode is available but unreliable.
This is a review of the CNRAQR 7+R H-pattern Gear Shifter with Clamp. I bought this because one of the youtube reviewers stated that it could be used as both an H-pattern shifter and a sequential. While I was never able to get the sequential mode to work reliably, the build quality, feel, and reliability of the H-pattern mode convinced me to replace my thrustmaster TH8S. I've been using it for 2 months and haven't had any issues other than the sequential mode not being reliable. So if you are looking for an H-pattern shifter, at a really reasonable price, I can highly recommend this one. But if you are looking to switch back and forth between H-pattern and sequential, you may want to look elsewhere. The Clamp is better than you would expect. If you clamp it to a table, the table will move before the clamp does. Very secure.

Better than Logitech Driving Force
This thing rules. It's the same as the "aliexpress shifter". Metal high quality components and you can see the grease in there. USB C port means no proprietary connector and can plug right into my sims USB hub. Only thing I don't like is the 7th gear. I accidentally hit it when trying to go for 5th, but that's more of a skill issue. This thing does make some noise but I kind of like it. On Etsy there are some replacement shifter plates that made out of plastic and quiet the sound.

Look elsewhere
After 4 hours of use: - The left side of the top plate is shaving metal from the shaft of the shifter, creating a very sharp and jagged surface. Makes shifting between first and second gear feel terrible. A plastic edge or felt on the top plate would fix this... - The shifter has stopped being centered between 3rd and 4th gear, and instead sits to the right now, meaning pushing the shifter directly forward causes it to hit the barrier between 3rd and 5th instead of going into 3rd - The sequential shifter plastic piece won't stay in the proper position during use, slowly riding up the shaft until your shifter functions as an H-pattern again - The nut holding the plastic piece to the shaft loosened and fell off no matter how much I tightened it, within minutes of use - Sequential shifting doesn't have a click on one side due to being uncentered on the other axis, not that it matters anyway since the sequential plastic mod unseats itself anyway - Its very clunky, does not feel nearly as smooth as any real shifter I've used You get what you pay for. Pretty disappointed. Its a pretty low price for a sim shifter, but the quality is far worse than you would expect even with this price. Maybe I got a bad unit, but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone I know.

Quality and cheap.
Great budget shifter, Way more premium feeling than Logitech options. And more affordable than Moza or comparable brands. Had no issues, just make sure you use a data/power USB-c.

Good, but buy one of the ones with micro switches instead
SHORT VERSION: look for another brand of this same style shifter, and buy the one with little microswitchs at the end of each shift position. LONGER VERSION: there are actually 2 versions of this shifter that look and cost the same. One has micro switches for each shift position, and this one has hall sensors and a magnet in the shaft. For H pattern shifting, this version works as expected 99% of the time but can cause some hung shifts. However, the little white plastic attachment in the picture is supposed to "convert" this into a sequential shifter. It has two magnets in it. They are so powerful that they tend to register shifts even when the shifter is back to center. So in order to shift up you have to pull the lever, then carefully push the lever just past the center point. If you don't, the computer thinks you've been holding the lever back the whole time and will ignore future upshifts. And half the time you try to neutral, it will trigger a downshift. It's so picky it's basically useless as a sequential manual. I would give this 4 stars for how well it works for H pattern and how well built the unit is, but not working in sequential AT ALL ruins it for me. Just go buy the microswitchs version.

Overall is a loud clunky H pattern gear box. You can gate in from 1st to 4th gear with ease, but very easily miss gear the 5th and 6th gear. In Sequential shift mode it only works with down shift. Should have purchase the TH8S instead of this :/

Best feeling and beautiful shifter I have ever own. I liked the top metal plate, it feels great compared to other shifter that has some kind of plastic attached to it.
