There weren’t any instructions
The website address goes to a weird, crappy website with no instructions. Even though the only paper in the box tells you to scan the QR code to go to the instructions… I had to figure it out myself.

Almost Fatal Design Flaw
The shipment was slow and expensive, but the biggest issue is the design. The ladder track at the top is a rail- fine. The ladder slides along the rail on two grooved rollers that nest the track. Fine.However, the design is almost fatally flawed, because the depth of the groove that runs along the rail is simply way too shallow. If your floor is not perfectly level at all points (and whose is?), the roller jumps off the track again and again. The solution is simple- make the groove .25" to .5" deeper, and any reasonably bright person working a prototype in the shop would see this if the product were adequately tested. One can only presume that either the designers were not terribly bright, or the function testing of the design prototype was grossly inadequate.
