nice battery charger!

I didn't even really get what I paid for. I thought this was a great deal. Liked the idea of the dual charger. Liked the pair of batteries. Liked the price.Everything arrived, and I charged the batteries. All was beautiful. Until I put the "charged" batteries in my camera. Oddly, the camera said the battery was nearly dead. I stuck my old battery in the camera and it showed up fine. Stuck one of the new ones in ... dead. Tried the other, just as dead.Okay, so I tossed them back on the charger. Sure enough, the charger said they were dead. Odd. So I let them charge again, put them one by one into the camera once they were "charged" and again, both were dead. Tried my old battery, still fine, so not an issue with the camera.Attempted to use the Nikon charger on the new batteries. Again, acted like they were truly dead, and charged for a long while. Put them back into the camera... still dead. The batteries acted like paperweights.Used my old battery until it needed charging (took a while) and stuck it in the dual charger. Charged for a long while, put it in the camera, and it was more charged than when I started, but quickly fell to low-battery status. Worried that the charger somehow messed up my battery, I put it on the Nikon charger and then tried it in the camera. Worked like a charm.So the batteries wouldn't hold any charge and the charger doesn't seem to do much. I'm going to keep these, not because they are worth anything at all to me, but because I honestly wonder if they're a scam, so I intend to break open one of the batteries. I've got nothing to lose after all.

First, I've always had good luck with Bonacell products, both in cameras and in phones.In order to get the batteries to charge, you really need a 5v 2 amp USB power supply. You can get by with a 1 amp but only if you're charging one battery at a time. Even when charging a single battery, it's better to use a 2 amp charging supply.

After a short time, the batteries cannot hold a full charge.

Could have lasted a little longer on full charge

This is a great, compact, new age marvel for charging older model batteries! I'm giving my older Nikon to a friend as a gift and couldn't find the original battery charger. This one is more modern than the charger for my new Nikon! It gives a running status of the chargers progress!Delivered quickly and with the fresh batteries, expertly packaged too!

It charges the 2 batteries that it came with fine but it won’t charge the Nikon battery that originally came with the camera. The first picture has the 2 batteries it came with charging, the second picture is the Nikon battery alone and the third picture has the Nikon battery and one of the batteries the charger came with. Disappointed, not sure of the quality of the batteries yet I’ll update when I test them on the camera.

The batteries are a good deal! They charge right up, last as long as OEM, and cost less. But the charger that was sent in the package deal is defective, and does not charge the batteries at all. It lights up, the little bars "blink." But no charge. I have sent an email to the seller and depending on the response, I may amend this. GREAT NEWS!! Amazing response and contact with the seller! I think that this may have been the absolute best service that I have ever received from a dealer/seller! Bonacell are stand-up folks, period!
