I feel these are a little over priced but bar buying a whole new razor what are we to do. They last about 8 months tops.

I bought this shaver head last July, instead of paying the higher price for a Braun replacement. It worked well at the outset but after nine months the foil on one of the heads detached and I couldn't fit it back on, making it necessary for me to buy a replacement. This compares extremely badly to the Braun shaver head I got with the razor, which was advertised to last one and a half years but actually lasted two and a half years. I don't know whether I was unlucky and I was sent a dud, but if this is how all of the Bouge shaver head replacements work they are a false economy. It is much better to pay the extra amount and buy them from Braun.

This replacement head was not up to the quality of the Braun original. Not sure the description included the words "compatible with". It weighed only 10 g, as opposed to Braun's 18 g, so there must be something missing.However, it was half the price, so might not have expected to obtain 100% smooth results like that with Braun.

This started out as a good cheap alternative but after 4 months of use it is no good. No longer cutting my stubble well, and cut myself a couple of times.

I bought this replacement head knowing it was not an official BRAUN head as I use my razor to shave my head and go through a lot of them. This was the first time i thought i would try a 3rd party alternative and it is just awful right out of the box. It's scratchy, pulls at hairs that aren't eve that long, and takes around the same length of time as the old dull BRAUN head to get a shave, and this one is brand new. I think this is a poor quality item and do not recommend it at all. It's not worth the savings at all, will be getting the official BRAUN one now instead. Buy cheap, buy twice.

Exactly as described and an excellent price, fitted perfectly and now my razor feels like a brand new one.Would definitely recommend.
