VERY POTATO-EY...
A good addition to my larder for those days when I want to be lazy in the kitchen and just knock up something quick. You might like your Mash on a more regular basis than me, and if so, one simple recommendation from me: Don't forget cream and an egg and butter to give this basic food stuff a little richness. So far, I've found for my personal use half of one of these packets has made about twenty grown up sittings.

I love yeoman just like the real thing. Yummy. This is my second lot. Beats carrying potatoes from the supermarket. I boil milk for mine spoon in mix then I add butter to finish off.
