Overall, 9/10
I'm 5'10", 185LB, 50 yo. My first motorcycle: 2016 Apollo AGB 37 125CC with Big tires, 17" and 14".Ordered on a Wednesday, received a call and email Thursday asking for color choice and confirming shipping info. Received a call the next day from UPS Freight, scheduling curbside delivery the following Tuesday, 4 day delivery (TX to NY), 4 hour window. On Tuesday a 48' Semi showed up on time, very friendly, courteous, helpful. The pallet that bike was on was very poorly built--it was disintegrating. The metal cage was bent in about 6" in the front, making the screws difficult to remove. However the forks were not installed, they were packed separately. Unlike some of the reviews/videos that show the forks pre-installed and bolted to the metal cage. If the forks had been pre-installed, the damage to the front may have been catastophic. On to the assembly:* The directions are vague, incomplete, or just plain wrong in many cases. The directions for installing the front steering/suspension were wrong in my case.* Some of the factory-installed screws/bolts were over-tight (like the front brake calipers). Others were over-loose.It took about 2 hours (first-timer), start to finish, to unpack and assemble. I could do it again in 1hr. Some items that weren't clear in the instructions:* Hint: the front fork with the cable clamp goes on the Left side!* my model does not have a breather hose on the fuel tank. It does have a air-recirc system on the air filter. Not sure how it works.* the axle bolt and nut is shipped in the box of parts, not mounted on the shipping cage.* the front brake assembly is not even mentioned in the instructions.* It had oil. I used a hoist to lift the bike to get the back suspension bolt on.Alternatively, a 5 gallon bucket under the skid plate, along with a milk crate under the rear wheel, does the trick.Other notes:* This is a big, heavy bike. It's not a child's toy.* As many other reviewers have noted: Thighten ALL the nuts/bolts/screws you can find. I noticed today after 4 days of riding, that the sprocket bolts were loose. They have a retainter/locker plate over them, to keep from loosening. It looks like they were locked down "loose" at the factory. Bend the tabs back, added Lock-tite and re-tighen. Check your sprocket bolts!* Buy a tube of Blue Lock-tite and hit every bolt you can find. Check the axle and exhaust area especially.* the spark plug cable was rubbing against the exhaust & melting. Get a zip-tie and get it off the exhaust.Overall, it's been great fun. Good power& speed. Good brakes. I put a phone-mount on the handlebars, and run a speedometer/hour meter app. I bought a cheap full-face helmet and off-road gloves.TL;DRGo over it top to bottom and tighten Everything and add Lock-tite.The bike comes from China, so the "dealer prep" stuff needs to be done by You.Customer service and shipping speed: 10/10Packing for shipping quality: 7/10Instructions: 6/10Quality of parts & construction: 8/10Ride/Fun quality: 10/10

Bike has not performed as expected. Day 2 of receiving it, we had problems. Muffler, kickstart, chain have all fallen off the bike. Seller sent phone numbers to nearby repair shop, but none of them repair Apollo bikes. We found one shop nearby and had to pay $107 to re-attach parts that seller sent (after waiting for them for about 2 weeks). Needless to say, my son have only rode the bike probably a total of 5 days in less than a month. Awaiting information from Amazon as to how we are to return the bike and get refunded.
