I ordered these for my husband and myself. He didn’t take them, but I did 1x a day starting July 1. So far I’ve lost 8.2 pounds in approx 6 weeks. While not ground breaking, it is dialing the weight down. I’m not as hungry and have quit snacking except for an occasional juice bar on a hot afternoon. I’ll update as time goes by. These are a must have if you want a supplement for elevated blood sugar levels. First three days down 20. But the end of a seven day period, down from over 200 to ~ 116-125. I take one in the morning with food, and one at night.

It’s a good product for the purpose I purchased it for. Well packaged and neatly prepared. You may not see the results until it has been used for a number of weeks. I use it in conjunction with a couple other pills. I use it to reduce the amount of insulin I was taking. I have been pleased with this product. I have purchased it several times so far.
