Really holds in the litter, very easy to keep clean. I have an overweight cat that has a hard time turning around because of the high sides but everyone else loves it. I have three now.

This box is perfect for a messy cat. I put a puppy pad liner underneath and now my area is nice and clean.

This has been the best litter box I've bought by far, since the clumps don't stick to it, and it doesn't absorb any odors.It's really easy to clean:)

When I saw this litter box, I ordered right away because it contained almost everything I need. The overall size of 24"x16"x12" is about perfect especially the height. I love that it comes with the little step box and the scooper with holder to hang on the side. The stainless steel portion seems sturdy with rolled edges; however, when I flipped it over, it did compress on three of the areas (popped in and out) where I put the rubberized self adhesive pads. I had to stick on the clip for the holder to put the scooper into. The scooper has wooden handle with plastic body which is fine since it won't scratch the metal...time will tell how substantial it will be. I figured since the bags were too small for the pan, they are to put the scoopings. The top portion of the box is plastic and snapped onto the stainless base easily; top is rolled inward to catch fly away litter, and there is a little ridge for stepping. Both the step up and the platform have openings to catch litter that may be on the paws...the only improvement here would be to include a silicone mat for lead up to the platform. All being said, I love this stainless steel system for containing odors better and easier to clean over plastic litter boxes. I'd give it almost 5 stars.

As a mom to a Maine Coon I needed something he couldn't spray over, and this does the trick! Not only that but the stainless steel is a dream to clean. We're going to get another one for the other room.

I recently have began switching my cats' litter boxes over to stainless steel ones, and it has been a fantastic upgrade so far. It fits nicely into a corner and has a litter catch step tray that actually does help prevent the spread of litter as much. I even think the tiny front slotted spot on the front/top of the litter box is helpful with this goal as well. The box itself has been easy to clean whenever I do a litter change out, and it doesn't hold urine odors like my previous plastic ones did. Another plus is how large this litter box is. All my cats are pretty large cats, whether in size or weight, and these fit them no problem!The only letdown was the scooper. It fell apart within a month. While it is disappointing, the quality of the litter box and tray make up for it. Overall, I recommend this stainless steel litter box for anyone looking to improve upon their smelly plastic litter boxes. When compared to similar versions by other brands, I do think this one is quite affordable!
