Hidden ear loops
Arrived promptly but no ear loops attached so completely useless!Returned and refund given with no problems.Have changed from 1 to 4 stars as company contacted me explaining that ear loops are folded behind mask and sent me a free replacement which has indeed confirmed this. Do think this is a strange concept and not sure how strong however, Very happy with this degree of care and service.
