I bought this for my home study. It was very straight forward to set it up with my VoIP account and it worked straight away.However, the setup with the SPA3102 (VOIP and PSTN) gateway is less then straight forward. Despite hours of research on internet, I have not yet found how to get the phone to get through the gateway.Also, the settings for the UK are impossible to find in the documentation. Thanks to a number of folks on the internet for posting their findings.All in all, a great phone. It would have been a five if it had not been for the complication of VOIP gateway and lack of clarity in the documentation.

Decent enough, but just a bit rubbish that it doesn't natively support PoE - you need a separate power supply (which comes with a EU plug) or a PoE splitter.

Semplice da configurare, funziona immediatamente ed è anche conveniente.Lo consiglio per chi deve installare un telefono velocemente senza perdere tempo

Complet, après plus d'un mois d'utilisation fonctionne implacablement !La configuration ce fait depuis un "panel" intégré au téléphone un coup de manuel et c'est vite configuré.

Un gran teléfono. Nosotros lo usamos en la oficina con la centralita virtual y se escucha y funciona perfecto. No Puedo ponerle ningún pero al teléfono que resultó mucho más fácil de usar que otro que teníamos de la marca Grandstream, aparte de mucha mejor calidad de audio tanto el que escucha tu interlocutor, como el que oyes tú por el auricular. También se agradece la variedad de tonos de llamada.Sin duda este teléfono irá sustituyendo a los Grandstream que hay en la oficina.

Vorab: Es ist nur bedingt für Einsteiger geeignet. Vieles wird über web eingestellt und man sollte wissen, was man tut. Es arbeitet hier über SIP einwandfrei mit einer Fitzbox mit Fritz OS 5.5 gut zusammen. Über den sogenannten Dialplan läßt sich programmieren, was genau das Telefon anwählen darf. Diese Regeln wären über eine Fritzbox nicht einmal machbar. Also ideal umd es auch ins Kinderzimmer zu stellen und nur bedingt Rufnummern zuzulassen oder nur Anrufe im Inland usw. Das Menü am Telefon selbst kann per Kennwort geschützt werden. Eine automatische Annahme und Raumüberwachung kann es nicht. Für den Preis sehr gut.

Anche se il collaudo è relativo (nel periodo di ferragosto non si lavora molto al telefono, qui in Italia) l'apparecchio finora funziona. Difetto: la documentazione (da scaricare da internet) è decisamente insufficiente: Probabilmente l'apparecchio, oltre al suo funzionamento basico, è in grado di fare cose interessanti e voi, se siete un ingegnere elettronico che ha lavorato per almeno 5 anni nella progettazione di telefoni Voip Cisco, siete forse in grado di approfittarne. Se siete solo un normale ingegnere elettronico, come me, non sperate di trovare istruzioni sufficienti quando vi addentrate nella configurazione avanzata.
