I will just now be starting my second month of HUMs Berberine. From the reading Ive done about studies on Berberine itself, it can take up to 12 weeks to start seeing any results. The only side effect I’ve had so far is the diarrhea which hasn’t been bad at all. Though it can be different for everybody. I take both of my pills at night before bed so save myself any immediate side effect it may have. I do that with most of my pills though.I will update (if I remember) in 8 more weeks!

I'm not quite sure if these pills are working, I bought them with the hope of weight loss. What I can say is that I have increased the frequency with which I have bowel movements. The side effects for these pills are diarrhea, constipation, nausea, liver disease, rash, low blood sugar etc. I have been constipated, but per my research about this pill you should drink lots of water when taking these, the directions say to take 1200mg (I started out taking 1 pill a day), I am going to transition over to 2 pills soon.

This product does not make me feel shaky or sick controls my hunger all day I'm not snacking constantly. Easy to swallow

Sadly I gained weight in 10 days of taking berberine. 5-8lbs came out of nowhere while following a low calorie diet and exercising. I am throwing away the rest of this. So disappointed.
