Will this product work on naturally white hair?

Not as well as semi-permanent, I use The Big Pink and mix my own shampoo 1/2 n 1/2 into a travel bottle and use every time I wash my hair, I find it’s to red for me if I use neat 😊

i have my hair coloured rose gold would this help keep the pink in?

I use The Big Pink, I mix half pink with my normal shampoo into a travel size bottle and use as my shampoo. Top Tip once a week I put this mix on dry hair brush it through evenly leave 5 - 10 minutes and shampoo off. Works for me. (my hair type is natural streaky grey)
