It is easy to operate and charge and the motion and grip on the tool was comfortable to hold and as use. The tool itself is need some adjustment when moving around the body but it never felt unsafe to use. The vibration was comfortable and doesn’t feel like shocks. Result depends on frequency of us and looking ti be consistent

Please don’t buy this when you turn it on it vibrates/ shakes in your hand making it impossible to control very disappointed

I was excited to recieve my new massager. However, I have been trying to use it but the dial to regulate speed goes straight to the highest. This thing spins so fast I could barely hold onto the device. This is of absolutely no use to me.

Too powerful for me. Aggravated the tendinitis in my wrist and hurt my hand. So if you have any issues with your hands or wrists, shoulders, neck, etc... be careful. It was my mistake for not taking those things into consideration.
