It Works!
I have used this product for years and am never without it. This provides me with gentle relief within 12 hours. Certainly not fast acting, but it keeps movement regular when used regularly as i do.

NOT for daily use
This product works, but it’s marketed as something that’s gentle and to be used daily. Don’t do it!!! The ingredients are stimulant laxatives, so they work great, but regular use will definitely cause a dependency. Just save these for when you need them. Taken at night, they’ll help you with elimination the next day, though it may have been more upsetting for me after a few days in a row (before I realized that this was).

I just had surgery and anesthesia was doing a number on me. Hadn’t gone number two for 4 days. Took these right away in the morning and I was going by 5 PM. Highly recommend!

Not appropriate for IBD, Colitis, Chrohn's etc
Do not take if you are struggling with ANY form of IBD! I have MCAS and struggle with SIBO and possibly other unknown diagnosis and I only took like 3 of these over 3 days. It messed me up for weeks!!!! 3 weeks later I am still healing from the blockage caused by how it messed with me. If you need something more gentle and effective, try Gut Motility. Just sometimes they get behind on shipping it for some reason, so you need to plan ahead for it, instead of ordering sketchy alternatives.
