Nature's Sunshine LBS II 100 Capsules (Pack of 2)

I take 3 of these almost every night. You may need 4, depends on your system. They don't "move me" after 8 hours though, just sometimes the next day, and fairly gentle, but thorough. If you have a bad block going on, you need to take plain Cascara Sagrada or Senna, then add these after they get you going on.... Good product. You can't go wrong with Nature's Sunshine. They are 1st class in their herbs, as far as I know. I've taken Nature's Sunshine herbs for many years. However, this product is new to me in last few months.UPDATE: March, 2017 (almost a year later)..... I now take 2 of these per night, and generally I'm satisfied the first thing in the morning. Even thought Cascara Sagrada bark is the 1st ingredient listed, there are many others, which work along with it for comfort and cleansing. I like this much better than pure Cascara Sagrada. You may need more each night at first, then start reducing down to your comfort level.

My regularity has been a chronic problem for years, and nothing off the shelf or from my doctor has given my any relief - until now. Wow, now I'm like a Swiss clock! I took two capsules twice a day at first, but now I only take two in the morning and it does the trick. I cannot recommend this product any more highly.

I have taken this product for5 years it is the only thing that works except for ex lax which probably can be harmful if taken everyday. This has more natural ingredients. I am up to 3 capsules a day now .I only take it 2-4 times a month. The pills didn't work for me but for some reason the capsules work. Drink plenty of water with them.

I personally dont use this product.. but I have numerous friends who do and it works like a charm. My niece (age 8) was going to intestinal specialists all over the state as she had a part of her digestive system that didnt work and she continually stayed impacted. They could not figure it our and only could tell her to use miralax (full of chemicals) and other otc supplements. She finally took her to a natural health dr. and was given this.. within one week, she was regular. Her pediatrician was shocked and now recommends this to children with similar problems!

I've been using this product for about 4 years. I take a dose with a powdered psyllium fiber every day. I occasionally take the maximum recommended dosage when I am backed up. I like this because it is gentle, doesn't cause cramping and it seems to be very "thorough". I think it also helps me to maintain my weight. I exercise regularly but I have noticed when I don't take these for a while, even when taking my fiber, the pounds creep on, maybe 3 or 4 pounds! When your entire system is running smoothly your metabolism is more efficient. I have tried some other versions with similar ingredients but I think this is the optimal combintation of ingredients for me. I hope they never change the formula!!

I love this product, it helps with my IBMS and doesn't make it so difficult!I have bee using this for five years and am happy with the results. It hasbeen a real lifesaver.

It beats fiber tablets and any other supplement you can get over the counter. SDtart with just one cap per day. Anymore would be to much information. In summary LBS II really reallly works!
