Good for all levels
I’ve had the band less than a week but so far I love it! Easy to use and delivers a nice workout for me. I am 72 but have worked out my entire life. I did my first half marathon at 58 yo so I am not someone who sits on the couch. This provides a workout that I believe is good for all levels.

The Best
I have been doing the Pvolve program since 2018 and I don't see myself doing any other type of workout, I've tried enough to know what works and there is nothing like this one. Ditto for the equipment. I know there are dupes available but I am highly suspect of the quality. I know what I'm getting here and it has earned my trust.

Faulty item
I think the band is faulty. I took a picture of the right and left to have a comparison. The right one, the threads seem to come off.
