Defective product no contact with seller
I got a defective product, one pedal was red, and the other was black. I was told that I needed to pay for the return shipping which I didn’t think was fair. The seller sent a return label that was in a different language and some of the characters didn’t print well so I can’t use it so I don’t know where to ship it to. It won’t give me the option to message the seller, I didn’t want a refund I just wanted a replacement but it also didn’t give me the option for it. I’m a little frustrated because I just wanted my two red pedals.
