I receive today this item but I am very disappointed or may be you send me wrong MacBook.Product performance is not adequate." Item Description is: 1 of APPLE MacBook PRO A1278 MD101 CORE I5 2.5GHZ, 16GB RAM, 500GB HDD, 13.3" SCREEN (Refurbished) "Firstly, the description of Amazon Website was not accurate vs product ( what I received ( 320 GB HDD, 2.3 GHz) and see described the item, totally different.)Also very interesting other 2 point shows this item definitely defective :1) Missing the 2 screws at the bottom.2) Item has a smell of like naphthalene.And finally,I understand "refurbished" but this means like a new, isn't?This Mac Battery gives a service alert ! This is unacceptable. Battery Life is quite bad.

Very disappointed with this product. It has arrived with a lot of damage. Information provided on the listing was different to the product we have received.- cracked Apple signed on the lid- damaged screen with marks across when lit- dents at the top of the keyboard surrounding- deformed/bent aluminium case where the slots arePlease see the photos of the laptop I have provided in this review.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  It did not work at all. Could not even get as far as the initial set up screen. It just gets stuck on a loop never booting up. Returned it. Not happy to pay nearly £500 for something that is completely non functional.

great machine but1) it can take ages to run sometimes, when first opened.2) the colour on the keyboard and the metal grey are already fading, after less than 2 months of usage.3) the screen is quite small, that wouldn't' be much of an issue, but it isn't very bright either.4) the battery lasts less than 7 hours, even when not used constantly I completely appreciate that it is an old refurbished laptop, but in the same time I don't expect those type of problems (point 1 and 2) after less than 2 months use.The customer service is prompt and very polite, but they keep not finding my order, even after sending the reference number, so I am unsure whether they are actually efficient as well.Overall it runs, and it's a good machine.

For years I've struggled using a PC to run my DJ software. The unpredictability and problems I had using a Microsoft machine drove me nuts, so I decided to invest in this Macbook.I've used it twice so far in a club environment and it hasn't let me down. I can now play my music safe in the knowledge that I'll have no drops in sound or any other technical difficulties.Why oh why I left it so long to switch from PC to Mac I'll never know.

It's a lovely mac I never owned before but it's very fast just right for Photoshop and Lightroom it came early which very good hads no marks on it, it's like new very happy .

I wanted a Mac, not because I wanted one but because apple make it so you can only sign apps for Apple on an Apple. So I really didn’t want to fork out for a new one nor pay the outrageous Apple prices for something I don’t plan on using and grinding on every dayConsidering it was made in 2011. I am vert pleased with it. It has enough grunt to run unity and visual studio. While in today’s world a hard disk is an ssd this is still mechanical but the performance is certainly not bad.So far it has more than I need and is better than I expected so for all those parents who don’t want to spend 2k on a laptop for your kid. This is a great opportunity to meet them more than half way

ordered on the Friday, arrived by midday Saturday. The device is immaculate and has clearly been well restored. ITTrade were a pleasure to deal with!
