What pressure is High Pressure?
A nicely produced book with a good photo for each recipe and printed on good quality paper. There are several recipes that appeal to me and I will try them as soon as I can. I've just ordered my first ever pressure cooker from Lakeland and I think this book will come in useful. The only problem I have is that it doesn't say what pressure is meant by "High pressure". I know that a lot of pressure cookers use 15psi at High but the one I have on order uses 12psi. Presumably, a lower pressure means a lower temperature and a longer cooking time so I think they should supply this information. Also, for a newbie such as myself, it would be useful if they said how to adjust the recipes for different pressures. I've knocked a star off for this.

A bit disappointed
Some of the recipes are fine but it is not really geared for an electric pressure cooker.

With or without
Some very interesting recipes here, even if you don't have a pressure cooker - just adjust timing
