Good product
My upgraded AV amp required an active subwoofer, so purchased this item to upgrade my passive woofer. It requires a power supply, so I re-used a 19vDC laptop power supply. The sound is great, I only need to use half volume to be plenty loud enough. Good bass addition to the 5.1 system.

Tiny but with plenty of punch
I bypassed the now aged and humming internal power amp of an early 2000's subwoofer and it sounds great once more.The case on this amp isn't even as big as the transformer on the older class of amp so I may even remove the old guts and put this inside. It sounds as good as new to me.

It dosent work
I brought this as a mini amp to power my sub woofers to give them a boost but I plugged everything in it made a noise then went quiet I turned it off then on again and it just made a constant buzz noise and everytime I plug my music in to play it won't play and the buss noise won't shut up I know I plugged it in right as I've been using music items for about 4 years and I've had many amplifiers and never had 1 do this to me, I'm sorry about leaving a bad review it's not my choice if you want to buy this or not maybe I had a faulty one but I'm quiet annoyed it doesn't work

Cheap bass booster for my car
Wanted to add some bass to my car without going overboard .. this works perfectly.I used this with an aux splitter running from my phone, plugged it into my cars aux port and to the amp with a 160watt rms sub.The sound quality is great! It provides deep bass and is very loud even when only powered by the 12v cigarette lighter socket.So far very impressed!!

Failed.
Product failed 15/07/24 which is only 8 months after purchase. Return not possible so I assume this is a standard thing. Buy cheap, buy twice.Edit. I eventually got in contact with nobsound as it was bothering me. They were actually very good, and agreed to meet my pretty much half way for a replacement. The new one has been pumping away for a good few months now without issue. I hope it was just a one off problem with the first one, because it does actually work very well, and blends perfectly along side the stereo nobsound amp I have powering my speakers. Fingers crossed ๐ค
