One of the Worst product I ever bought in life
The media could not be loaded. First off all, I have a remote version. They quickly change it to manual version on Amazon Store just after I bought the product. Now talking about performance. It's not ok, less cooling and I believe honeycomb pannel not distribute water properly, I saw cooler smaller than it work soo much better.Coming to main issue I have with this. Its pump indicator switch on and off automatically without me doing anything. Pump also goes on-off and it's soo annoying. In middle of night you sleeping peacefully and you hear click click click click sound.PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANY PRODUCT OF THIS COMPANY.

No cool air and terrible noise like a generator
Just started using the air cooler and it’s pathetic. Even after dumping so many ice cubes in the chamber couldn’t feel the cool breeze. Air throw 25 ft: Nonsense, can’t feel it close to 10 ft. Too much of noise and couldn’t hear any other sounds. If I had an option to return I would happily do it. My son is very sensitive to ac so got an air cooler and the money I spent went to the gutter.
