If I remember correctly it was 60 inches. In any event very nicely covers a round 38 inch table plus 4 chairs.M

Yes - there are 4 tie-downs. I live where there are really strong winds too and it has been really stable. I really like this cover!

Q: why is the size not listed???

I do not know why the manufacturer did not list size. I can tell you I have a 48" round table with four chairs. This cover fit very well, chairs and all, with some room to spare. I had it on all winter and it still looks like new. I live in Michigan, so winters are not very kind to this covers. Hope this helps you.

Q: 65 inch rouund table cover with hoe in the middle for umbrella?

No. There is not a hole in the middle. You have to remove the umbrella.
