Tendinitis No More!
I purchased this for extra support while benching near my current 1 rep max on bench and for overhead pressing.I had developed slight tendinitis in one elbow and with adequate warm ups and these on, no pain occurs. Using them strictly for pressing movements only now, and very infrequent as training 4 weeks with them let my elbow bounce back.Note: I would not recommend wearing them beyond 30-45 minutes nor would I recommend their use for bicep movements unless necessary. I found them to be beneficial for pressing movements during brief wear periods and greatly helped me to recover and improve some of my max lifts.Would recommend to anyone. Make sure if you’re on the cusp of any size that you size up, I sized down and am regretting it as there’s not nearly enough give as expected. (19”+ pumped arms is a split and I went down, fortunately they work but are intensely hard to get positioned)

Its ok
It's difficult to get on but I order a xl my arms 15.5 inch flex. Its difficult to get on good padding alil loose towards my forarms guess I got work on those harder but if u looking for a tight fit go with a large if your arms 15.5. But if u looking for comfort go with xlUpdate these stretch over time is better to get elbow wraps then sleeve it's very false advertising to say they do not stretch when in fact they do. I like sling shot company but these sleeves aren't worth it you're better off with elbow wraps

Worth it
Not going to lie: I wanted some elbow sleeves for bench and military press and picked these up because Brian Shaw endorses them.Easily a great investment. I start getting pain in my right elbow when I go heavy. No pain now. I also shot up on my bench Max from 405 to 430 after having pleateued for over 6 months.Alot of people say the sizing is off and that's kind of true. They do run a bit small. But keep in mind 2 things: 1. They're supposed to be tight. You're wearing these to compact your elbow joints and to have the neoprene sling shot your lift. Just like knee wraps on a squat, the tighter the fit, the more support. 1. After 2 weeks of using these, they stretched out a little and got easier to put on.When it comes to powerlifting equipment, you get what you pay for. I personally think these elbow sleeves are worth the cash.

Sizing is Goofy but Work Great
I bought these due to moderate tendonitis in my left elbow and I find I only need to use the left elbow sleeve. I bought the pair in case my right elbow ever starts to act up. Sizing is goofy, I have 15.5 inch biceps (at the peak, as instructed to measure) and the XL fits comfortably and is only somewhat difficult to put on. A size large would be very tight and I understand some customers complaints on the sizes. However, used in a powerlifting context these are a great addition. By 'powerlifting' context, I mean you are NOT doing circuit training or high volume training (e.g. 10-20 reps, more than 3 sets). I use them at 80%-100% of my 1 rep max for bench or overhead press. I am not wearing them during bicep curls or other accessory work or for crossfit routines.

Great bang for your buck. Caution on the sizing
Sizing is kinda wrong. Ordered a xxl because of my 17.25 bicep. But was so tight it would be difficult to put on or take off. The next size up seamed to be too large but fit almost perfect. Besides that, the sleeves provide excellent warmth and compression to the elbow and are cost effective.

Great quality built product but the sizing is off.
The product is as sturdy and tough as advertised. My only issue with it is the sizing. My arms are 18 inches flexed. This puts me in the XXL according to the size chart on their site. With 0 pump, even after months of use and break in time, I'm convinced the chart is wrong because putting them on is a workout in itself. They provide all the warmth and stability in the world, but I get the same muscle occlusion training effect as RBF training while using them. It's almost counter productive to use them because for the front end of the workout your elbows are supported but the back end pump makes them noticeable and nearly unbearable to wear--and this is working chest, back, and shoulders. Arms take indirect work and it becomes you versus the weight and the product, and history has taught us fighting wars on multiple fronts is bad. Maybe the sizing should be modified to mean post pump flex. I'd try a size up but I'm outside the warranty period as I figured they'd take time to break in, so that's my advice: get them a size bigger than the chart to account for pump.

Durability leaves something to be desired
I was really excited when these showed. Initially they looked very thick and durable. So far the past month the elasticity has held up. Great for heaving press movements. I love using them. Unfortunately the one for my left arm has started falling apart just after on month of use. I’m not sure if I just have a defective product, but I can’t recommend these for long term use based on this experience. Next time I will have to consider a different brand for this reason alone.
