This is a very good gadget it helped my son sleep

Sorry, dozed off writing the review. We now have three of these and they have all been reliable so far.

The sound quality is great and the volume options are great. The buttons are clear and easy to use and the sound variety is great. My only issue is it didn’t come with a USB plug to plug in so it defeats the object of it being a plug in. I had to order an additional plug.

I like my noise machines loud but this isn't quite loud enough. The white noise sounds are tinted with crackling and the tones are too soft.

This Lulia Rechargeable White Noise Sleep Machine comes neatly presented, with USB to USB C lead included, along with a small instruction book.The unit is sized with diameter 4.5 inches and height 2.4 inches, making this a fair bit larger than an Alexis Echo Dot. However, unlike the Dot this Lulia unit does not need an internet connection to function. The finish is a convincing wood grain effect look, albeit is made of plastic with smooth texture. The unit’s sound operates from a single speaker, cone diameter size 2.5 inches approximately, and is configured as a sealed unit without bass pot.Control is accomplished via five small buttons on the side of the unit, near the base. It was initially challenging to work out the function of these buttons, there is a small symbol indent for each button but same colour as button itself making these hard to see, especially at a distance. Due to nature of this noise sleep machine, operation in the dark would rely on touch, and tactile feel for each button appear identical. To use in the dark would be a question of memorising button order, and counting the button location. From left to right these are: Audio Groups, Pitch Change, Power On/Off, Decrease Volume, Increase Volume.There are sub functions including light functions, requiring various holds, double clicks etc., necessitating consulting instruction book until memorised. On the other side of this machine is a slider for timing function, a USB C to charge or power, and a 3.5mm headphone socket. Ergonomics to use this sleep machine are not the best.In use the sounds are okay, but not great fidelity – sounding boxy and lacking any deepness. The white noise shows that this unit is limited primarily to mid range sounds. The various light displays may be more a sleep distraction than a sleep aid. Overall, this unit may be of useful sleep assistance especially when there is no internet available, but ergonomics of practical use were disappointing.

I absolutely love this little machine!!! I have had other sound machines but this has to be the best ever! I have constant ringing in my ears and I have to have a fan in order to sleep and not to mention it helps drown out my hubbys snoring. When I first opened it, I honestly thought...okay how is this machine going to do all the noises I read about, it has 5 buttons a power button and volume up volume down so how are these 2 other buttons going to do all this. Boy was I wrong! I am amazed! You push the first button and let’s say it’s the fan noise...then hit the second button and keep pressing to go thru all the different fan noises. The rain button...you can have a light rain or rain with thunder, which I love, or others! I also love the ocean sounds and so many more! The sound quality is great also and it’s small enough to take with me when I travel! So glad I found this one!

Although this product has 30 sound options there’s only a small number I actually like. I also found they are repetitive in short playing lengths which can be annoying. On the positive side, it looks well made for a relatively cheap product and the sound quality better than expected. May suit others more than me.

The reviews on this white noise machine were great, so I bought one. It is great! Exactly what i wanted. The design is really spot on. compact, modern, and well designed. I love listening to the different sounds, but I got this for my youngest. When he was in hospital it was the only thing that would calm him down and send him to sleep.it has a light on the front that shows which sound you're on. also for each of the many sounds, there are variations. For example, if you want rain, you can mix it up with the level of rain, or even have a thunderstorm.
