had this a while and i love this machine its amazing

Machine leaked coffee internally on first use and error message showed as 'part missing'. Noticed that the red removable cake shelf was missing (when you remove the coffee grounds bin). Thought this may be the problem so item was replaced. Same part missing again. Contacted Krups and was informed that the cake shelf is no longer supplied with the product as customers were having problems with it and the machine should work fine without it. Unfortunately the replacement machine worked fine for 3 coffees and then leaked internally again - same error message appeared. We are not talking a small leak either. Nothing went into the cup. Internally the machine was full of coffee which then poured out onto the counter top!Very disappointed as we had the older version of this machine and had no problems with it. Have decided not to buy a Krups again...

Not a bad coffee machine. Originally arrived used which was annoying but other then that been working a charm.

Had this for less than a week. Used the milk frother once and the 'malfunction' symbol appeared. Followed instructions and unplugged from the mains, plugged back in and still broken. I then went to disconnect all of the parts in case this helped, the water tank handle broke. Water all over the floor.Have a returned for a refund. AVOID

Flavour really depends upon the beans you purchase. Easy to use and set up personal settings. A bit on the noisy side. The milk steamer nozzle can pop off if not firmer replaced after cleaning.
