All the parts fit together perfectly and it was easy to assemble. It has enough hooks for keys, sunglasses, garage door opener and the shelf is good for mail. Really attractive by my front door mirror!

Although the product arrived with missing screws for the shelf, missing key hooks, drywall anchors, screws, traceless nails, and screwdriver as listed in the description, the seller rectified the issue by providing a full refund. I am happy to have the issue resolved and since the product itself does look nice and will work for my space, I will consider repurchasing and hopefully if I do it will come with all of the parts.

As expected, it is made with cheap materials. I wouldn't bet on anything more substantial than a couple lbs total on this. 2 screws were missing, and finding a replacement size has been difficult.I will say, aside from the essential 2 screws the kit came with spares of the others and the instructions are clear. I'd expect most of the other kits have the pieces.UPDATE: The seller reached out to address concerns I had with the product, and I'm satisfied with their proactivity and service. I'm leaving the product at 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 due to the quality of the product that I had previously stated. I'm super satisfied with the seller though.

This is so cute. My office is downstairs so I wanted something to hold the mail til I went down. The size is perfect. I got the white. Simple assembly.Would definitely recommend.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Not only is it practical but super cute too. Love having everything in one spot and the white with gold I just love.

I paid full price so I expect to have received something brand new, not “Used - Like New.” Not only was it opened and partially assembled, but it was also missing screws. I called myself putting it together anyway and trying to use whatever leftover screws I might have had in my toolbox, but I couldn’t even do that because the holes don’t align properly so it can’t be assembled at Al without screwing new holes. Which is probably why whoever had it before me put it back in the box and returned it.Complete piece of junk and waste of my time/money. Not worth $30. This is something you would probably find in the decor section of 5 Below. And even buying it from there, I’m sure it’d be of better quality.

Had a little mishap but it work out great

While the key holder is nice looking and functional, there were some issues putting it together. The main one being the predrilled holes were misaligned, so we had to drill additional holes in order to be able to attach the shelf portion. In doing so, the particle board started to crack in some areas. We were able to salvage it and hide these issues, but we would not order this product again with these quality issues.
