Best ice pack ever!!
Love it!! Stays cold for a long time. Longer than the other gel packs I have. Very flexible. Doesn’t leak. Pretty color blue. Def worth it I use it everyday.

Helps
BeCareful not to overheat or it may burn you 50 secs is about enough... Good size for larger areas. Haven't tried the cold pack yet

Too stiff for some areas
I bought this to use as a hot compress on my eyes. I found that even when heated the plastic isn't flexible enough to conform to eyebrows and nose. In all other respects it's fine.
