Love this bumper case!
I should start by saying that I am not easily pleased by cases. I like a case that keeps a slim profile/doesn't make my phone too bulky. I do not like cases with material that is too (for lack of a better word) rubbery, causing it to stick to the inside of my pocket and making it hard to get out. Finally, I like cases that fold over the front of the screen a little, so that if the phone is dropped, there is a buffer between the screen and whatever it makes contact with. This case meets all my needs. The case wraps around the front and the back enough that I feel it gives an added buffer, but without adding too much bulk to the phone. It is also made out of a nice material that is slightly rubbery, but not enough to stick to the inside of my pocket. On top of all that, I find the look very sleek and appealing. It is also nice that this is a "bumper" case and therefore you can still see the back of the phone.I will say that I am not particularly hard on my phones, so I have not put this case through much testing in terms of durability. It has stood up well to my daily use and keeping my phone in my purse and pocket, along with the occasional minor drop.

Great protection, poor functionality
Good: The case fits well. The rubberized edge helps keeps your phone from slipping away. Thick bummer will certainly protect the corners if you drop your phone.Bad: My biggest issue with this case is the top button! It makes the button nearly inoperable without using significant pressure. Causing issues when trying to take screenshots or powering down your phone. After writing to tech armor, they were kind enough to send a new one, but unfortunately it had the same problem.

Unusable with 3rd party cables
I picked this up for my iPhone 5 as I prefer a bumper-style case to the cheapo wraparound one I've been using for a while now. In that regard, this isn't bad - it fits tightly, and seems to be pretty well constructed. However, this case is unusable for me. I use 3rd-party lightning cables as the 3-foot length of Apple's cable simply doesn't cut it. Monoprice's 10-foot cables are MFI-certified, but simply don't fit this case, which provides the bare minimum clearance for an Apple cable and no more."Works with Tech Armor and Apple branded lightning cables" isn't kidding. Take heed of this, because this case is worthless junk otherwise.

Multiple issues lead to low rating.
It is a strong bumper case but made of fairly hard, slippery plastic. It is very difficult to toggle the power button, requiring two hands to create enough force. The Lightning adapter port is too small and deep to accommodate all my recharging cords. My previous bumper guard did not have any of these problems. Maybe bumper guards are better to purchase in real life rather than online

Perfect except for the buttons
I generally don't like protective covers for things, especially things that look as sharp as the iPhone 5s. When I was a kid, it was common to put horribly ugly plastic covers on a new car's seats and leave them there for the life of the car to protect them from wear, spills, etc. I always thought that was odd. Why have nice-looking upholstery in the car in the first place if you're never going to see it? I would rather take a chance on eventually seeing some wear and tear than to opt for guaranteed full-time ugliness.I think of those seat covers every time I see Apple's machined aluminum hidden under unsightly blobs of plastic. Of course with an expensive phone, there's the legitimate issue of "droppage" (perhaps very important in some applications) but still when I got my phone I intended to leave it au-naturel. What I didn't anticipate was that the phone would be so thin as to be difficult to pick up off a flat surface. After a few weeks of feeling like it was going to slip from my fingertips every time I picked it up, I reluctantly began shopping for a cover. The EdgeProtect bumper case is the perfect minimalist solution for that: it gives the phone just a little more thickness and nice rubber edges that make it easier to pick up, while leaving as much of the phone's good looks showing as possible.I really want to give it five stars, but there is one problem: the buttons are extremely hard to press. In fact, the sleep/wake button borders on unusable now. I have to push it with my fingernail, which I suspect might eventually start digging into it. Too bad; it's such a fine solution otherwise.

great bumper case
The price for the product I think is too cheap. I've had a couple of bumper cases from Poetic and Photive and this so far is the best. It is well built and provides more protection than the ones I previously had. The apple lightning adapter fits perfectly on the charger hole. The only downside is that the amazon cable which is a bit thicker will not fit into the charger hole. Besides that, the item is perfect.

Great snug case. Horrible lock button.
Great product. Looks great on my white n silver iPhone 5s.Pro: super snug on the phoneCon: the lock button is completely difficult to use. I have to use way more than necessary force to press my lock key. Making taking screenshots, locking,And turning my phone a bad experience.

Love it :)
This is exactly what I was looking for. It keeps my phone slim while protecting the most vulnerable parts( The edges) of the phone. I suggest applying a back plastic cover on your phone so you don't get scratches. It also goes well with their balastic glass screen cover. Overall a good buy to have basic protection with a slim look.

... Armor case I had a Griffin case which I liked due to it ability to keep your smart phone ...
Before I purchased the Tech Armor case I had a Griffin case which I liked due to it ability to keep your smart phone safe. The only downside of the Griffin was it size. If you placed the Griffin in your pocket and due to the way it was build it made the removal from your pocket difficult. With this Tech Armor case I find it much smaller and easier to carry and the protection is what I expected. You won't be disappointment if you purchase this case.

Avoid this case
The buttons on this case are WAY too difficult to press and the recess in the mute switch is far too deep making it a struggle to toggle between mute/volume.

Great bumper.
Great fit. Can peel up some screen protectors like the Glass-m I had installed. Get a case-friendly screen protector if you get this bumper. Only criticism I have is that the power button is stiff.

Looks Great
Fits perfectly, all the button work, easy to put on. No downside, I have a white iphone and it suits it perfectly.
