Comfortable, highly adjustable, easy to put together, seems quite sturdy. You can omit the arms when putting it together if you prefer.The adjustments are continuous, not in jumps / clicks. I find this is a big plus: the other type tends to have adjustments that are not fine enough to get the angles I want: either you're too far back or too far forwards, etc. -- not a problem with this chair.One tip: I found about the one thing it's possible to get wrong while assembling this: Take care which way up you put the plastic cover for the central post. It can be put on the wrong way up, and after you drop the seat assembly into the post you'll have great difficulty removing it again. I gave up: it looks slightly wrong with it the wrong way round but works fine!

excellent good value attractive chair - delivered two days after it was ordered. Very easy to assemble from the diagrams supplied. Seat is very firm but well padded. Replaces a similar seat from another manufacturer where the gas lift had bust and the control for the back rest kept slipping. Mechanisms for back rest and arms height on this one are much more robust. I like this better all round. worth paying the extra for all 3 controls. Note that if you want to remove the backrest from the seat assembly (perhaps because like me you forgot to adjust the plastic cover when assembling) there is a small press-in at the bottom side of the metal rod that fits into the seat assembly - just press that in as you withdraw the rod. This isn't mentioned on the assembly instruction diagrams.

As with nearly all computer chairs I've owned they're always nice for those first few weeks then the cushioning degrades.The arm rests are nice, but don't adjust low enough with the upper extension being more than what's required from any normal person.As a 5'10 70kg man I wouldn't really recommend it for anyone much smaller.The tilt for both the base and and reclining back is limited to that of any other cheap 3 lever chair

It's never easy buying furniture online as you don't get a chance to try before you buy. But this chair lives up to expectations. It's very comfortable and sturdy - perhaps a bit more padding on the seat would be nice but a cushion can solve that.

Comfy, quality feel office chair. One of the threads in the arm rest not fully tapped out - shame, but managed to get the bolt to tighten using the 3 additioanl washers provided.
