Use sponge dry. Gently press the larger side of sponge onto cushion to pick up the ideal amount of product. Gently pat sponge onto large surface areas such as cheeks and forehead. Then, use smaller end for areas that need extra coverage, like blemishes or contours of nose.

Medium but sufficient even coverage, good blending, bouncy and comfortable to hold. 🍃
Nice little sponge. More bouncy than other one I have used recently. States it’s “3-medium coverage”, and in my opinion is. I have tried to take pictures of how it covers and blends, I have used bit darker for the skin foundation, so hopefully You can see the difference (its all the same sample in different lighting and over exposed, so hopefully you can see results better), but if You can’t: basically it is medium coverage and it is lighter than when applied with fingers or even the other blender, also blends edges nicer (posibly because coverage is lighter - edges don’t appear as visible, if so not blended perfectly it will be less noticeable with that sponge). I like the texture and how bouncy it is, the only little thing that I’m missing is sharper pointy tip like the other one has for concealer, but I just use different one for that purpose, I want more coverage than medium from concealer anyway, so it’s not a big deal. I like the size as well and shape - I have some joint issues, and sometimes my fingers and wrists can go bit stiff or painful, and this one is more comfortable to hold for me than the other one (first - because I just like the texture more - its more bouncy but also in a way firm, secondly- it’s more cut in in the middle, and bit wider, so its easier to grip for me, without dropping and making my fingers more stiff, if that makes sense). I find its also quicker to do foundation with this one, possibly because medium coverage doesn’t require as much blending time, and again - it’s a bit wider, so it covers more.I will definitely buy more if I go back to doing make up as make up artist for other people after lockdown, or even another one just for me at some point, tho had this a while now, and still holds up great👩🎤And its ECO! 🍃 What else can You wish 🙃

Eco Makeup Sponge
I'm mostly an advocate of this because it's made sustainably - from mostly bamboo product, and it's production is conscious about animal testing and plastics and everything else that's environmentally damaging that a lot of manufacturers seem to bypass in the name of profit. The cosmetics industry is rife with harmful practices so it's good to see a company at least trying to change that, and for me warrants the slightly extra pounds. As a product, it's a tight dense sponge that blends really well - I use a liquid blusher that needs a lot of working in to a primer or foundation base, and this gives a nice even coverage without streaking, which brushes can sometimes give. I find generally any liquid makeup that needs to be even is made better using these. I have another one which remains clean which I use for taking off any product if i've accidentally applied too much - it picks up a lot even from just dabbing.Overall, very happy with it.

I like the shape
I do like the shape of this cosmetic sponge. The one I was using is egg-shaped and although the point is good for drawing under the eyes, it did seem to soak up a lot of product. I like the fact this has a 'handle' on the end and you can use the the big end to hold it by.You *can* use fingers to apply foundation, but if you want a flawless, even coverage, it is easier to achieve with a fine textured sponge such as this.Don't forget to wash your sponge regularly (every few days at least. I use face wash.) And bear in mind they do take quite a long time to dry completely. (Aunty Barbar).

unique shape means it is easy to grip ...
EcoTools Perfecting Cushion Blender Makeup Sponge is a good makeup sponge which aids me to blend in my foundation well and providing me with excellent results. Why this blender sponge is different from others I have used is the fact the shape allows me to grip the sponge without any difficulty. To be exact I am able to fully grip the sponge without me dropping it which is the usual story with me.EcoTools Perfecting Cushion Blender Makeup Sponge is an excellent sponge and one I am happy to recommend.

Good results from an eco friendly sponge
Sponges are certainly an easier way to blend and help to pick up just the right amount of make-up. My wife loves to have several for different products, so it was good to see another sponge that used 70 percent plant based materials and was from sustainable sources, given the amount of issues with waste around today. The shape of this sponge looked odd at first but actually helped to grip it and the smaller very rounded end was perfect for picking up and distributing dry foundation or blusher. It was also easy to clean as it washed out well without holding the water, so it also dried quickly. It's certainly a product range that we'd look for in the future.

A very easy to use cosmetic sponge
This is a very clever design - the sponge has 2 ends,One end is large and is great for applying foundation to the full face. The smaller end is perfect for covering spots or blemishesThe sponge is easy and comfortable to hold.We are particularly impressed with every product we have tested from Ecotools - they have a vision of producing environmentally friendly products.Highly recommended product.

Good, not essential
Specifically designed for cushion foundations, this sponge is easy to use and gives a slightly smoother effect than the flat sponge applicator you usually get. It's easy to hold and quick to wash out. It does make application a bit slower though. I don't wear foundation everyday, would use this for an evening out. For me, a good tool, not an essential one.
