BulovaBulova B5404 Port Jeff Clock, Aged Copper Finish, Black Base

I needed another clock in my living room that could sit on a shelf. This fit the requirements, plus it's a Bulova, which to me means it will last a while. The clock itself is separate from the base so that it could be hung on a wall. It's a good looking clock, very 40's - 50's ish, with a nice finish. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the dial is a bit faint and not so easy to see in dim light. But I guess that is because of it's "vintage" style and color scheme.

I like the clock it looks good. The only problem is I am sitting on the bar area. Looks great from the front but you walk into the kitchen and the backside of the clock is open to the inside works. I can’t believe they didn’t finish the back!

This clock keeps accurate time and looks great on my fireplace mantle.

I love how versatile it is

First off, the clock arrived and did not work regardless of how many batteries I tried. Dead. Second, the quality of the clock was very poor. It was listed with an "aged copper finish." In this case it meant a white plastic that was painted copper color and then scraped to look distressed or aged. It look like white plastic with the paint badly scraped. Then the clock just loosely sits on a block with black felt-like material glued on in a hap-hazard manner. There was a time when the name Bulova meant quality...NOT ANY MORE!

Pretty clock but unexpectedly, it’s in two pieces! I needed it for the wall and you can only hang the round clock section. Needs to be in description. Pretty and nice quality though.
