The whole family had so much fun using this set, my daughter was loving making the small onigiri for herself. The molds themselves are simple to hold, fill and eject your snack. The all metal stainless steel musubi press is solid so you can really pack in the ingredients without worry of it cracking or breaking. You can hold the box down and push down on the spring loaded press with some pretty good force to compact rice and any other ingredients you add. It comes apart easily to wash as well.The spam cutter works great, as it cuts very evenly. I even cut it easily with one hand, since I was trying to take a photo 😂🤭. The slices are nice and even, you can cut the whole can at one time, the wires glide right through the loaf and they are the perfect thickness. I got 9 slices out of one can. I am sure this would also work great to cut avocado, tamagoyaki, boiled eggs...... any food that is not too solid (I wouldn't put a block of cheese in it). This cutter also cleans up very easily, since the metal piece come off of the plastic base.The mini rice scooper is perfect for filling the musubi and the onigiri molds. While (as you can see in my photo) all of my rice paddles are the standard rice cooker sized, the one included in this set is tiny, and not so much for scooping out rice in a bowl for you to add your rice vinegar and furikake, but it is definitely better to fill the molds with the mini. It helps to fill evenly and press level your rice.I have other onigiri makers, but this is my first musubi press so the photos are my first musubi ever!! They may not look perfect, but this press made them look not-half-bad for my first try and so easy to make. This didn't come with instructions, a company flyer, a basic recipe or anything like that, but I just referred back to this product page and googled a recipe to make sure I was using it properly. Other than that, this is a really great set and at a great price for everything included, especially a stainless steel mold. My bento boxes are about to be spectacular!

Works well but the spam slicer is a little sensitive and pops off while using. Easily fixed by changing the angle I press down and work slowly.

I grew eating masubi and now that I have a kid of my own, we are always looking for things that are fun to do together. This kit is easy to use and helps little hands create the perfect masubi.

I love musubi, so this was an awesome find for me. The set is well made and works extremely well for its purpose. It's easy to clean and easy to use.

The onigiri mold is so small, I don't feel confident using it to stuff the rice balls with it, but it seems ok. Maybe 1-2 dollars worth at a Daiso...The metal Musubi mold is a bit clunky, also overfilling it with rice, making a big one is easy to do. You have to leave about a half inch/1 inch off the bottom to get a clean one using nori you find at the store.The cutter came apart when cutting my first piece of spam. I would probably use it on eggs but with spam, I feel more confident with just using a knife. It feels like its going to break apart just on my first spam.The rice spoon is also very cheaply made.This made me want to get a plastic musubi mold as it looks faster/easier and being able to see inside as you press your mold might be way more helpful than having this gadget.I'm going to keep this for a few more weeks to test it out to see if I want to keep it or just toss it.I wish the Onigiri mold was 50% bigger :(Oh well, I like Musubi anyways

makes the perfect size shape for masubi i use this all the time for rice snacks and its good quality and easy to clean and use

I bought the Onigiri Mold Set for slicing tofu, and it worked wonderfully until the base snapped where it held the slicing wires. Although the base no longer works as intended, I continue to use the wire section to cut my tofu by setting it on a plate and pressing down. Had it not been for the design flaw, I would have recommended it.
