You might be drinking TOO MUCH water. This will get you feeling better.
Funny enough I buy these for my 25 yo daughter and my 93 year old mother for the same reason. They drink too much water and flush all the electrolytes out of their bodies. Just a packet a day and they feel great. My daughter felt tired, and my mother felt dizzy without taking it. It's a simple remedy, it tastes good, and better than Gatorade.

These powders taste almost as good as the prime lemonade but that drink has tripled in price!

Most electrolyte packs have high sugar and sodium (which most people already get too much of) and low potassium and magnesium (which most people actually need more of). This is the best electrolyte pack in the world for high potassium, high magnesium, low sugar, and low sodium.

I drink one every day
I love this stuff! It mixes better than similar drinks, but the taste is what gets my attention, not that it's healthy. Either way I can promise if you like the taste of lemonade you will love this.

Low sodium, higher magnesium and potassium
I mix with 32 oz of water rather than 16 oz. I buy these for the low sodium count and higher amounts of potassium and magnesium. Taste is ok but I drink it for the minerals. Since using them for the past year I have eliminated leg cramps and maintaining a higher hydration level.
