Railway Modern 12" Stainless Silent Wall Clock White Face with Non Ticking Quiet and Accurate Movement

This is a very classy looking clock and very reasonably priced. I have had it for several weeks and it seems to keep perfect time and I am basically very happy with it. I was looking at some much more expensive German brand clocks as I was finding it difficult to find a good looking wall clock for my office so I'm very glad I found this one. It was also important to me that it did not make any noise - the second hand sweeps around instead of ticking.

I've been enamored of the station-clock design used in Switzerland ever since I first visited there in the 1980s. The simple, elegant design is flawless in my estimation. I've owned several "official" wristwatches with the "Hilfiker" design over the years, and always wanted a wall clock. But the official, licensed variety was just too expensive for me.I've found a few wall clocks over the years that almost mimic the Hilfiker design, but this Bjerg clock captures not only the design of the face, but the outer rim as well. And it has a silent sweep second hand too.To be sure, there are subtle differences from the official Hilfiker design, such as: the hour and minute hands are thinner, the second hand does not have the red-circle-dot on the end of it, nor does it sweep the minute in 58.5 seconds and stop at the "12". But those features, while nice on the official clocks, are not essential for telling time and just plain looking good.I'm very happy with this purchase and would do so again if I needed to.

NICE looking clock, good enough quality, but the "white" background is not really pure white. It's kind of grey/blue-ish compared to my neutral white freshly painted shop wall.

I have often wondered why this style of clock, well-known to train travelers in Europe and elsewhere, has not been more readily available for purchase. The clock is remarkably faithful in appearance to the original, well constructed, and reasonably priced. It has kept accurate time and is easily visible from afar. This clock is a joy to behold and is strongly recommended.

Have had this clock for about a month now and it keeps perfect time. It’s the closest thing that looks like a German rail station clock without spending a fortune. Silent second hand is a bonus!

Aesthetically, this clock is great, which is why I bought it. Mechanically, it’s a frustration. The battery constantly slips out of place and I have to reset the battery and the clock literally every day.

Love the clock. It is quiet and very easy to read from a distance. I purchased the mondaine Swiss railroad clock for another location for a lot more and this one is equal in comparison for a lot less money.

Took weeks to arrive. Included battery didn’t work. Once we got it going it went well for a few seconds until the second hand hit the minute hand and got stuck. I was going to send it back but another 3 months without a clock... so I took the back off and slightly bent the minute hand so the second hand can get past. Now it works perfectly and keeps good time. The quality is fine Obviously it’s not your Swiss Railway clock but from a distance it’s pretty good.
