BW2+ Extra Strength Powder Lightener

I have superior dark natural hair. Its gentle and very effective. With 20V thick medium course hair, I leave on for 30-35 mins and it lifts atleast 5-6 levels! This is good stuff at an affordable price.

I’m very happy with Clairol Professional BW2! It lifts hair color quickly and works especially well for achieving blonde or lightening from darker shades. Worked great. Used all of it but alil bit. I will say it is a small bag inside. If your needing alot at once you would need 2 or more tubs. But great and works great.

Um. Yeah. This is it! This bleach powder far surpasses Quick Blue when it comes to lift! I am a natural strawberry blonde, but my hair has darkened quite a bit with age. I usually have to go in with a second session of bleaching because the Quick Blue pulls the red in my hair and I end up with very brassy color unless I hit it again and tone it with Wella T18. This powder got me to an almost platinum blonde in 45 minutes using the matching brand 30 volume developer. I am never turning back! Bonus points for not scorching my hair! I don't even know if I am going to tone it it looks so good!

Excellent bleach. Used with 40 vol Clairol soy developer. Worked well. Not much brassiness. Little to no damage to hair.

Ordered this to bleach the rest of my hair and it worked very well. It does get extremely hot after about 10-15 minutes but it lightened my almost black hair after about 20 minutes to a level 8 or 9. I did accidently get some on my already bleached hair and it turned it platinum which is odd but hey it wasn't nearly as damaging as quick blue. I do recommend gloves and a really thick layer of vaseline on the skin for protection though because this stuff gets hot to touch.

Best bleach to use for dying hair. Used it for years and great for dark hair to lift to blonde.

Decided to try bleaching my own hair at home because I have a buzz cut & doing it at the salon was costing me $100 every 5 weeks or so. This product worked beautifully with 20 developer & using toner...I left it in for 30 mins and then did a 2nd run for 10 mins, followed up a week later with permanent toner...highly recommend!

This stuff is amazing but be careful and make sure you know how to use it.

First time using this bleach but finally had a positive experience doing some baby lights on a closure. Admittedly maybe the hair was easier to bleach as some just tend to turn brassy no matter how many times you bleach. It’s the first white bleach I’ve tried and I used it with the 20vol clairol bleach and did it twice for the result then toned with some box dyes. I think it would be ideal if it came in bigger packs or the tubs that I commonly see online. Luckily I bought 3 packets but I used them all just on one 2x6 closure. Other than that I’m quite happy with the purchase.

Excellent bleach!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Literally the best I’ve tried ever. With the bonder in it, cannot go wrong ! it’s very effective at lifting (even my stubborn reds and oranges and very little to no damage despite leaving it on my hair way too long by accident. If you’re trying to decide which bleach to go with trust me this stuff is gold!!!
