I saw this hand cream recommended by dermatologists online, and I gave it a try because my hands had become rough and uneven from frequent housework and handwashing. Every night, I apply a thick layer on both palms and the backs of my hands. I have to say—the results were almost immediate. Within a day or two, the rough texture disappeared, and my hands felt incredibly smooth. I’ve tried many hand creams before, and while this one doesn’t feel great to use (it tends to pill), it’s the perfect overnight repair treatment. Urea truly is the ultimate remedy for rough, uneven skin.

Great for KP or chicken skin!! I have it on my legs and back of arms. Nothing worked but the 20% urea does the trick. I use it at night after I shower, can feel a little sticky but I put on pjs right after so I don’t mind. After a week my skin is changed. This is something you have to keep using though. I’ve dropped it down to every few days but made the mistake of stopping all together when I first started, KP came back. Worth the price and the results!

I learned about this in a reel from a dermatologist. So simple, but effective! There’s a lot of product for the price and I can already see a difference.

I bought this for my rough feet and it has made a big difference. Before I was having to use a pumice stone and now I apply this lotion after my shower and put on socks and wake up with supper soft feet.

I appreciate Cetaphil for coming out with their Rough and Bumpy Cream because it has 20% Urea which sloughs off bumpy skin so fast, removes self tanner...if you want a new safe method to doing so, chemically exfoliates your skin in a gentle manner, while being soothing! I suggest not applying this on your face but on your legs it brightens them right up from dull to bright right away! Arms too especially if you have eczema or just bumps in general such as chicken skin! Ask your Dr as always!!! But if you know your skin, this is such a beautiful cream and at such a value! $11 OMG! So affordable! I will rebuy THIS again as it works but in a comfortable manner! I slather it on my arms and legs! That's where I need it and it's effective! Urea is such an underrated ingredient which has skin soothing properties as well! I never thought I'd see this from Cetephil! Nice!

Perhaps this formula only works for certain types of skin problems but dry skin it does not help. It left a tacky-yet-dry film over the hands. That film sunk into the crevices of the hands and became white when it dried. It almost looked like the hands had been dusted with chalk. Also, there was no rubbing it into the hands fully because after a few seconds of massaging it into the skin, flakes would begin building up. So to keep oneself from being covered in little white flakes, one had to either rub their hands fully over a trash can or not rub them much at all & let the lotion air dry on them. Very odd.
