I was looking for an economical set of weights for my home workout. These adjust easily and I’m very happy with them. They also have good grip.

I felt like they would be awkward at first, but the ease of switching the weight, and the padded grips really make them a pleasure to use. There are tons of exercises these dumbbells can be used for… from chest press, to flys, to Romanian deadlifts. I always hated switching to different sets of dumbbells, but this set is so easy you can go from 25 to 55 lbs with just a twist of your wrist. Really great product, highly recommend!

Bought for my camper. Travel alot works great in the camper. Better than having multiple dumbbells does use too much space. Handles could be a little thinner

There are two dumbbells. As in the description, it can be set to 5 to 25 at 5 lb. increments. They can be quickly changed to each weight by rotating the orange handle. It is quick and easy to do. I like that they are nice looking and are plastic so they are easy on the hands when lifting by the sides or on the handle. The weights are very secure at each position on the knob. Also, the handle is the perfect size for my grip and has a rubber coating and is slightly rough to improve grip.The only minor issue is that each dumbbell has to be placed back in the holder in the same position that it was taken out so that the handle will be able to rotate to different weight amounts.

These weights are great if you don't want to have multiple sets of dumbbells. They are super comfortable to hold and adjusting the weights is really easy. Perfect for what I needed.

These dumbells are wonderful and they work great. They are amazing and they function just like they are supposed to.

Just unpacked not any use in them but selection seems to work and base is just a cheap price of plastic but seems to work as well
