Q: Are they're other playable characters besides Sonic, Knuckles and Tails?

As of this reply, Sonic is the only playable character. Free DLC in the future plans to add Tails, Knuckles, and Amy Rose as playable characters. Big the Cat is present in the game, however you do not play as him, instead he hosts a fishing minigame.

Hello, this game cannot be played on ps3.

Q: I ordered sonic frontiers ps4 game with the e for everyone label on the front and got a european 7 instead. is there any way to contact the seller?

The ps4 is not region locked, so you can still use the European version of the game if that's what you received and it will work the exact same way.

Q: I know it’s too early to ask but if you buy the ps4 version, does it come with a free ps5 update?

If you put a ps4 disk in the ps5 it will upgrade it for free , but the disk has to be inside when you play it
