Very Bad Decision
The first one worked six months, then stopped holding a charge. It never held a charge for more than a few hours. Requested and received #2. The app they recommended didn't work. Tried three apps, none worked, could never get the volume to work. One app. had a box on the front stating the app didn't connect.$300 garbage.

These are better than my $3,000 hearing aids
My $3,000 hearing aids broke or I lost one of them. So I ended up having to buy more hearing aids but I didn't have $3,000 so I bought these and they're better than the ones that were $3,000I can't believe how much you can do with these things and how it's so quiet but yet I can hear a phone conversation 30 ft away both sides. It's like I'm bionic now. They're great I cannot believe I got them for only $300.

Great sound quality
The hearing aids are basically amplifiers and may not compare with the professional , prescription type hearing aid, but these make good alternative to those. My mother uses these and Have tested several types on her. These hearing aids are great as she can fit them in her ears, and does not lose them. This is due to the tube that extends from the device to the ear probe. Since there are several covers available, my mother chose the smallest one that fits her ear canal. The hearing aids retain charge for over a week if not in use, and I charge them daily by inserting them in their case which is a battery.I also noticed something that I learnt over the year, I must keep the volume to medium ion order to keep the hearing aids from sounding the squeal. Its very discomforting and the only way to keep it from sounding is to keep the volume to medium. The aids work and provide sound I the source is within five feet. So TV is still a problem for my mother. Background noise is curtailed somewhat as but she does complain when I remove dishes from the dish washer. So I do this when she's not around. Another great thing is it connects to a phone, so I connect them to my phone when someone wants to talk to my mom. All in all, an acceptable quality pair of hearing aids.

Heavily app relient for customizing
These are amplifiers, not hearing aids. There is no way to fairly compare an amplifier to an aid. The are comfortable to wear and the in case charging is convenient, They go on like any other BTE aid. They do come with an app to further customize but honestly I find having to use an app for hearing devices to be impractical. I did notice I get way more feedback and whistling from slight touch or hair than I find acceptable and for that I don't like them. It could be possible to go in and tweak that more within the app and that may make these great for others.

Easy to use, "classic" style behind-the-ear amplifiers.
After struggling with the controls on in-the-ear amplifiers, I was looking forward to something that is easy to directly control without the need for an app. These amplifiers certainly fit that bill, with the additional benefit that they can still be controlled by an app.I found these hearing aids to be at least as good if not better than the others I've tried in their price range. Battery life is okay, sound quality is as expected, and while there may be some noise cancelling and selective amplification of voices, it wasn't overly impressive.Even with the usable controls, I did download the app and used it to configure the hearing aids. That certainly improved the experience.I did encounter two issues. The first issue is that I never could get the earpiece itself to be comfortable. The included tubes seemed to be just a little too short. The second issue is that I could never get my glasses and the behind-the-ear components to coexist. I wear progressive lens glasses, and these hearing aids interfered a lot. I don't know if it's the over-the-ear part of the frames, but there simply wasn't enough room behind my ear for both my glasses frame and the hearing aids. This product is pricey, but it seems to be a better overall hearing aid compared to the all-in-ear aids I've tried in the same price range. Certainly worth consideration.

Haven’t figured them out yet
I wanted these hearing aids to help me hear so badly! And I am still determined that one of these days I will get them to work. I’ve been to an audiologist in the past, and they tried a few different types on me and were not successful. So it’s no surprise that I am struggling doing it by myself at home. At first I couldn’t figure out how to even charge them! I had them backwards in the case. I admit that I am. pretty lame at figuring out new things and reading instruction books. To be fair to myself, their book leaves out a lot of details. They tell you, for example, to make sure your hearing aids are turned on, but they do not tell you how to do that. I looked at their Facebook page and another person said the same thing. So it’s not just me. I finally figured out the app. And I tried, putting the fully charged hearing aids in my ears for the app to do the work. But they screech so loudly you can hear them in the next room. My daughter asked, what’s that? My new hearing aids. Frustrated, I tried so many things, rereading the instruction book, over and over, watching the Amazon videos, went to their Facebook page and reached out to them for help. Help never came. But I am determined that I will figure this out, maybe my adult kids will help me at Christmas time. In the meanwhile, I am struggling with very, very poor hearing. I read the customers both on Amazon and Facebook say how they were successful and how good these hearing aids are so I can’t give up. Maybe in writing this review somehow an answer will come to me how to stop the screeching! You’re being my life as a hard of hearing person is miserable at times.
