First, I'll say that the "cooling" side does work somewhat. I was surprised. It does not stay cold but it stays cooler than any other pillow I've ever had. The feature I like the best however is that after I took the cover off the pillow, the underneath cover has a zipper. I opened that part and took out quite a bit of the stuffing. Before I did that, the pilow was too thick and heavy. Now the pillow is perfect. My neck no longer hurts and it's very comfortable. The fabric is high quality and the pillows are well made. For me, they are worth the money for sure.

Honestly 2 pillows for this price is a heck of a deal. I wasn't sure how the quality was going to be because everyone's view of a pillow seems to be different. Well they came vacuumed sealed and was pretty heavy. They inflated nicely. There was a chemically smell on them for a couple of days so I just let them air out. I find them comfortable. Firm enough that I don't feel my arm under the pillow (side sleeper) but soft enough that I don't feel like I'm laying on a brick. My neck feels supported without feeling like it's being strained. It's a normal sized pillow so you aren't getting jipped and getting one of those mini pillows.

I like a less firm pillow, and have had trouble finding a cooling memory foam pillow that works for me; these fit the bill perfectly. As other buyers have noted, the odor is strong right out of the package, and mine needed a good week to be fully rid of it. A little unscented Febreeze spray daily helped.

Surprisingly heavy for a pillow. Big and thick with lots of chopped up foam that can be taken out to meet your individual preference. Seems to stay cool but not like pillows with gel

We finally like these. It took about three weeks of trial and error to get the amount of stuffing right, and to adapt to the shredded foam thing. We had to do a Goldilocks: too much, too little, too much again, etc. Other than that these have all the features I wanted including a "cool side," which I do notice even through the pillowcase. Great value too.What's weird/good is that I think I'm breathing way better at night since this pillow arrived. I guess my head is more properly positioned and now I can usually breathe out of both nostrils. However, as a side sleeper, I sometimes smother myself with this pillow, and have to shift it so my face is right at the edge. Otherwise the nostril that's flat against the pillow is sort of trapped in the loft/fluff. Perhaps I still haven't gotten the amount of stuffing right.

I couldn't believe how heavy the box was when I received it and thought- this can't possibly be my pillows- but alas, it was definitely my pillows. These bad boys will take someone out in a pillow fight. But besides that added bonus, they are great- super comfy, nice and cool, and stay put- which I love. I was tired of my pillow always sliding off the back of the bed- I've had no issues with these. Very happy with them- especially since the price is pretty reasonable compared to a lot of others out there.

This pillow has just the right amount of give and support. You can definitely tell which side is the cooler one. Very comfortable!

These are awesome. Great amount of loft & support on these pillows. Feels cool to the touch. Has held shape for the few months I’ve had them which is nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for king size pillows and likes memory foam cluster pillows.
