High quality, excellent sound, and very durable. They feel solid, fit comfortably, and hold up great with daily use.

Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations in terms of reliability. One of the earbuds (right side) stopped working within just three months of normal use. To be clear, the earphones were used under regular conditions and were not subjected to any unusual handling or abuse. At the time of writing, I have not received any support or resolution from either the manufacturer or the seller. Pros The cable is generally tangle-free and easy to manage. Reasonably priced compared with similar products from competing brands. Cons The sound signature is noticeably bass-heavy and somewhat boomy, which is typical of JBL’s tuning. Despite being Hi-Res Audio certified, I did not find the sound particularly balanced, even when using an Android device. The included ear tips are not particularly comfortable for extended listening sessions. Comfort may vary depending on individual ear size and shape. There is no app support for these wired earphones in the JBL app, so users are limited to the default sound tuning without access to additional customization. Verdict While the earphones offer decent value for their price, the reliability issue after only three months of normal use is a significant concern. The lack of support from the manufacturer or seller further adds to the disappointment.

Sound output is crystal clear and justifies the name embedded on it. JBL!!!

Its a good pair of Type c earphones . Its from jbl what can I say . I have been using their products for 2-3 years and all of them are still holding up and sounding great . Overall nice experience with this product and this brand. If you have the budget and want a good quality of Type c earphones go for it .

Product Was good until one side stopped working and now i am not getting a warranty claim from amazon properly. Actually i bought 2 and both have same issue

One side of the earphone stopped working after 4 months. The sound quality was excellent &the bass was also good, not overpowering, but the service centre experience was very bad. Jbl (Harman service center) in UAE is not good at all. As per the harman customer service instructions, I went to submit the earphones at the Harman store in Deira city centre. Staff there didn't accept the earphones as he said that he couldn't track the serial number, and he would accept them only if they were bought from their store, so I went to the JBL store at burjuman Mall. There, the staff accepted the earphones and told me they would send them to the service centre and gave me a receipt. I waited for a few days, but nobody called or mailed, so I sent an email enquiring about the earphones. Then, after a few minutes, staff at Harman store burjuman mall called and said that they didn't have the same color I submitted. That's why they didn't call. I told them I don't have any problem with color. After a few days, I went to collect the earphones, I gave the receipt and collected the new one. The new earphones were also not working, not detecting at all. I tried on a few of my friend's phones, but it was not detected at all. I don't know whether they gave me a defective one or a new one. My mistake was that I didn't check the earphones at the store. Wasted so much time, never going to buy a JBL product from uae again. In India, you can send the earphones to the service centre by courier or post. It only costs 3 or 4 dhm & the service centre staff will send you a new one to your address through courier for free.

310C is pretty impressive given its only 29 bucks

Für den Preis sind die Kopfhörer meiner Meinung nach wirklich unschlagbar. Ich benutze sie jetzt seit etwa einem halben Jahr und sie mussten mit mir schon einiges durchmachen. Vom schnellen In-die-Tasche-Werfen bis hin dazu, dass sie aus Versehen in einer Packstationsklappe eingeklemmt wurden – bisher haben sie alles problemlos überstanden. Trotz der täglichen Nutzung funktionieren sie weiterhin einwandfrei und liefern einen soliden, klaren Sound. Gerade für den Preis bin ich wirklich positiv überrascht, was die Qualität und Haltbarkeit angeht. Wer einfache kabelgebundene In-Ears sucht und nicht viel ausgeben möchte, macht hier meiner Meinung nach nichts falsch.
