Firstly, the door locks were just perfect. The size, sturdyness, shine, price(as compared to other brand and local market), the mechanism.I bought total 4 knob locks and 2 handle locks and are working perfectly.Secondly, I had to call as a simple screw somehow got lost. They cooperated very well and also sent the missing screw free of cost.

My carpenter told me the cost is high. But not necessary and Amazon’s return /replacement policy and selection among various brands has an edge. I could brought it from the comfort of my home since I had to purchase only one piece.I like the product as it is smooth and gives an elegant look. You can lock it from inside your room without key.It is promised that it is made of mixed alloys lik zinc brass etc. Hope it will not rust and will have reasonable longer life. Keys are different and are of high value. Thanks

Worst product anyone could purchase. As it's not up to the mark and their support team is just on paper. I have placed 3 quantity of this item and within a year lock not working and I've tried multiple times to reach out to customer care but there's no way I can reach or get connected to them.
