It really works
I put it on my porridge and cereals in the morning. It is amazing stuff. It absorbs water and can make your st**ls denser, if you have bowel problems.

Great product but plastic packaging
I really loved the psyllium husks and noticed a difference the next day. The reason for my 4 star review is that it was packaged in plastic and not the brown paper bag that is shown in the photo. Part of the reason I bought this product is that I wanted non plastic, biodegradable packaging. Otherwise, I would buy again.

This product is a game changer for me Based on especially whats going on with covid-19.In order for your body to absorb all the nutrients you put in your stomach Your colon needs to be clean .This reminds me a bit like the irish moss; I use ; minus the nutrients. Since for me its primary use is to cleanse the colon....A little gose a long way .Frst time using it.i recommend up to four teaspoon,Then add your water...….stir watch the magic……..leave it for awhile,and witness the transformation.I put it in my smoothie,for my luchtime...…...don't forget to drink lots of fluids afterward..This will allow it to travel through the colon,Then by tomorrow morning, you should notice your feaces ,slowily gliding out, without any trepidation{trying to sound posh).

This is an excellent product. I use Psyllium Husk for baking keto bread and to thicken. Would not be without it in my kitchen.
