This really doesn't add much fuel to an empty one pound tank as it only transfers gaseous propane rather than liquid propane so very little real burn time is added.

Effortless refilling of 1lb cans
If you go camping, you're probably well familiar with 1lb propane cans that sometimes go for as much as $10 a pop. With this adapter and the regular 15/20lb propane tank for grilling, you're able to DIY and bring the cost down to $1-$1.5/refill (depending on grilling tanks exchange rate in your area). With this adapter, if you do the math, you're in the positive just after 3 refills!Adapter itself comes with no instructions whatsoever, so if you haven't done it before, I highly recommend you look up a tutorial on how to do it. Once everything is set up, the process is extremely simple and quick and takes 2-3 mins tops. One thing to keep in mind is not to stop it too early. For example, don't stop after the initial filling sounds in the can stop. That just means that liquid propane covered enough of the bottom to not make any noises. The process is still on going and should take about 3 mins in total.In terms of quality, it seems very well made. It sealed quite well too. There were no leaks or smell as far as I could tell.

So far, seems easy enough to use
I have several of those 1lb green "throw away" propane bottles that cost a lot of money just to be thrown away. With this kit, refilling is pretty easy. Obviously, you should only refill the bottles that say "refillable" and be careful with using the product... But this kit includes everything that you need to make the process easy and seamless.
