An honest review. This company has the best customer service I have dealt with. Absolutely amazing. I had an issue with one of the cameras. The company bent over backwards to make it right. I do love the cameras. For the price I dont think you will find a better camera set up. The image is clear. The batteries last a long time. The app works great. I now have these cameras at my home and my business. If you are looking for a cost effective camera set up this is the one. If an issue does arise I can assure you that this company will take every avenue to make sure it is right. Even months later they reach out to make sure everything is working as it should. The customer service emails are simple to understand and the replies are very timely. I highly reccomend these cameras and this company. I am still amazed at how courteous, professional, timely, and helpful they have been. In today's era of shoddy customer service, Hiseeu stands apart. Right at the top!!!

I recently purchased the Hiseeu solar security cameras and I’ve been extremely impressed so far. The setup was quick and straightforward, and connecting to the Eseecloud app was seamless. The video quality is clear, the motion detection works reliably, and the solar charging feature makes it low-maintenance and convenient — no need to worry about constantly replacing or recharging batteries. I will update my review if I encounter any problems. So far everything is going well.

1 camera doesn't record, 1 camera the solar battery stopped charging before 90 days, and the SD card allows a recording for less than 30 seconds. These cameras are not good for home security.

I'm really close to returning these cameras. Let me start by saying they were easy to install and get connected. But after getting them set up I checked to see what kind of plans they offer. I bought 3 cameras and the only thing they offer is to pay for each camera individually and it's EXPENSIVE compared to my last set of cameras! I went and got the largest SD cards I could find, which worked for a few days and now the cameras keep saying the sd card is not detected and to purchase the cloud storage!! I'm beyond frustrated for the amount I paid. I love the picture quality, how I can talk through them, but you guys really messed up not giving options to pay for MULTIPLE CAMERAS in a plan!! I bought 2 more (now I have FIVE of these cameras) I'm about to return. I'd be paying way too much a month just to have cameras that only store footage for 7 days, it's not worth the money.

These are excellent solar camera, I synced it with Hiseeu 3TB NVR, initially I had trouble but when I got intouch with Hiseeu support they explained me really well and promplty, and then it synced and I have enabled motion detection, as well as alerts , it has an excellent range from my wifi router, no issue while connecting from a distant in driveway , battery life is excellent so far, it comes with the solar panel, which is also very good and easy to mount, vidoe quality is excellent specially the zoom feature, overall excellent buy where you can run electric wires and thats where it shows its real value. Great functionality and look and motion detection.
