POOR CONDITION OF PLANT LOOKED MORE DEAD, THAN ALIVE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHOWING A GLIMMER OF A GREEN BUD BY THIS TIME OF YEAR ! IN ADDITION IT WAS PACKED SO TIGHTLY IN THICK CARD CASE I HAD TO USE PLIERS TO GET THE VERY HEAVY DUTY STAPLES OUT NOT THE NORM FOR A PLANT OF THIS KIND NOT THE STANDARD I EXPECT FROM T & M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ITEM. HOW DO I GET A REFUND I DO NOT SEEM TO GET A STRAIGHT FORWARD ANSWER TO MY COMPLIANT

I wanted a dwarf tree to grow in a container. The tree I received was anything but dwarf. It has had to be Garden planted and i still dont have a dwarf tree.

Don’t know what I was expecting but it wasn’t this... Branches damaged before and during transit. Bare minimum plum tree root and trunk. Good if you are looking for trees for long term project but I wanted a patio tree.

Dear Thompson and Morgan. The Victoria Plum tree which I bought in 2019 has still produced no fruit. First year, no blossom. Second year, a few blossoms. This year, a lot of blossom! Hurrah! Blossom gone, no fruit!!!! What do you suggest that I do? The tree was well planted. It seems very healthy. Can I hopefully expect fruit before I die? I am 83 years of age. I have learned patience, but maybe I am expecting too much. . . P. Pope.
